Rolls-Royce Phantom VI, 1971/1992,
#PRX4643
Frua Cabriolet

Oiginally
intended as a Sedanca de Ville by Frua, plans were altered for this four door fully
convertible body. Signore Frua´s design does provide several different coachwork
configurations. Frua died before the body was completed and the car went to several
companies who added more or less successfully to the coachbuilding's
progress. In the end
the English company Royle Cars Ltd. after a delay of some 20 years did finish what Frua
had begun with. They succeeded in a superb finish of this most comprehensively equipped
motor car.
This imposing left
hand drive car with an overall length of 6.45 m was the last Rolls-Royce
Phantom VI motor car to be completed in 1992; Rolls-Royce had discontinued Phantom VI
production in 1991.
